Are the products handmade?+
Yes, all OK KA aromatherapy products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients to ensure consistent quality.
How do I pay?+
After placing your order, we will contact you within 24 hours with payment details. We currently accept bank transfer and PromptPay.
How long will it take to receive my order?+
After order confirmation, production takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping time. Domestic (Thailand) shipping is typically 2–5 days; international shipping takes 7–21 days.
Can I customize the scent intensity?+
Our current products have a fixed scent formula. For special requests, please DM us to discuss customization options.
How should I care for my candle?+
On the first burn, let the candle melt all the way to the edges (at least 2 hours) to extend its life. Trim the wick to 0.5 cm before each use to prevent oversized flames or soot.
Do you offer gift packaging?+
All products come in beautiful packaging. You can also leave a note at checkout requesting gift wrapping or a handwritten card.
Can I pick up in store?+
You're welcome to visit our Chiang Mai store for pickup. See our About page or Instagram for the exact address and hours.
How long does it take to ship pre-order items?+
Pre-order items are scheduled for production in order of purchase. They typically ship within 7–14 business days. We will notify you of the exact shipping date.
