Data Privacy
Personal information provided during checkout (name, email, address, phone) is used solely for order processing and customer service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use Clerk for authentication and Sanity for secure order storage. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We will contact you within 24 hours with payment details (bank transfer / PromptPay). Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our production schedule. Production typically takes 3–7 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of scented products, opened items cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For product defects (not caused by the customer), please reach out via Instagram or Email and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping
We ship within Thailand and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and weight, and will be communicated at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, and may be subject to customs delays.
